A $100 non-refundable Design Deposit is required to begin the custom floral design process following your complimentary consultation and preliminary estimate.

The Design Deposit allows Jenalyn’s Floral to begin creating your custom floral vision board and detailed floral plan.

The $100 Design Depoit is applied toward your final floral balance.

Payment of the Design Deposit begins the custom design process but does not reserve your event date.

Once your custom floral plan has been reveiwed and approved, a $200 non-refundable Booking Deposit and signed Floral Service Agreement are required to officially reserve your event date.

The $200 Booking Deposit is applied toward your final floral balance.

Your date is not considered officially booked until both the signed agreement and Booking Deposit have been received.

Together, the $100 Design Deposit and $200 Booking Deposit equal $300 applied toward your final floral balance.

After the Design and Booking Deposits have been applied:

50% of the remaining estimated balance is due one month prior to the event.

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event.

Final payment must be received before event services are completed.

Applicable sales tax will be added to floral orders.

Processing fees may apply to credit card or electronic payments.

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. Specific varieties, colors, sizes, and availability may vary due to seasonal conditions, weather, growing conditions, shipping, quality, and supplier availability.

Jenalyn’s Floral reserves the right to make reasonable floral substitutions when necessary.

Any substitutions will be selected with the intention of maintaining the overall color palettte, style, quality, value, and floral vision of the approved design.

Inspiration photographs are used as design direction and are not intended to create an exact duplication.

Jenalyn’s Floral retains professional creative discretion when selecting and desinging with the freshest and most appropriate flowers available.

Jenalyn’s Floral will make resonable efforts to accommodate requested changes.

Final quantities, designs, locations, rentals, delivery details, and event logistics should be confirmed befofe flowers are ordered.

Additions or changes requested after flowers or specialty materials have been ordered are subject to availability and addtional charges.

Requests made within 72 hours of the event may not be possible and may incur additional rush charges.

Reductions made after flowers, materials, or rentals have been ordered may not qualify for a refund or reduction in the final balance.

If your event date changes, Jenalyn’s Floral will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new dae.

Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Previously purchased flowers, specialty materials, rentals, processing costs, or other expenses incurred for the original date may be non-refundable and may result in addtional charges.

The $100 Design Deposit and $200 Booking Deposit are non-refundable.

If the client cancels the event 30 days or more before the event date, any refund beyond the non-refundable deposits will be dertermined after deducting flowers, materials, rentals, specialty orders, design work, processing costs, and other expenses already incurred.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the agreed-upon floral amount.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the event may require payment of the full agreed-upon amount due to flowers, materials, labor, and event preparation alreay committed.

Any applicable supplier cancellation or restocking fees will be the responsibility of the client.

Any arches, stands, vessels, easels, cylinders, mechanics, linens, containers, or other rental items supplied by Jenalyn’s Floral remain the property of Jenalyn’s Floral unless otherwise stated.

Rental items must be returned or available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and in substantially the same condition in which they were provided.

The client is responsible for lost, missing, broken, or damaged rental items while they are in the client’s, wedding party’s, guest’s, venue’s, or another vendor’s possession.

Replacement or repair fees may apply.

Delivery, mileage, setup, installation, breakdown, cleanup, and venue-related charges are determined according to the needs of each event and will be included in the floral estimate when applicable.

Additional fees may apply for multiple locations, extended travel, difficult venue access, stairs, lenghty setup requirements, after-hours service, late pickup/delivery, or other circumstances requiring addtional time or labor.

Standard delivery and setup do not automatically include Jenalyn’s Floral remaining on-site throughout the event.

Extended on-site floral styling and event support may be added when requested and included in the approved floral plan.

This service may include:

• Ceremony-to-reception floral flips

• Moving and repurposing arrangements

• Relocating arch or ceremony pieces

• Refreshing personal flowers

• Adjusting floral displays

• Styling repurposed florals in their new locations

• Other agreed-upon floral support

Extended on-site service is priced according to the amount of time, labor, and event needs involved.

When floral pieces are designed to be repurposed from one location to another, Jenalyn’s Floral will identify the planned floral flips in the floral plan whenever possible.

Not every floral design can be safely moved or repurposed.

Weather, installation method, floral condition, venue access, timing, safety, or changes to the event schedule may affect whether a planned floral flip can be completed.

Floral pieces should not be moved by guests, venue staff, or other vendors unless priviously approved when doing so could damage the flowers, mechanics, rental items, or surrounding propery.

Jenalyn’s Floral will follow reasonable venue rules and restictions communicated before the event.

The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and obtatining any required venue permissions for floral installations.

Some installations may require additional mechanics, structures, labor, setup time, equipment, or venue approval.

If a venue prevents an approved installation from being completed as planned, Jenalyn’s Floral will make resonable efforts to adapt the design when possible, but additional labor or materials may result in additional charges.

Flowers are perishable and can be affected by heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, freezing temperatures, and other environmental conditions.

Jenalyn’s Floral will take resonable precautions when designing for outdoor events; however, the condtion and longevity of flowers exposed to weather cannot be guaranteed.

Extreme weather or unsafe conditions may require changes to installation timing, design placement, floral selections, or setup procedures.

Jenalyn’s Floral will not be responsible for damage or deterioration caused by weather or environmental conditions outside of its control.

Jenalyn’s Floral will ensure flowers are provided in fresh, properly cared-for condition at the time of pickup or delivery.

Once personal flowers or arrangements have been picked up, delivered, or transferred into the possession of the client, wedding party, venue, coordinator, or designated recipient, proper floral care becomes their responsibility unless Jenalyn’s Floral has been contracted to remain on-site.

Flowers should be kept cool whenever possible, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, and other damaging conditions.

Bouquets and appropriate arrangements should be kept hydrated whenever possible.

Jenalyn’s Floral is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by imporoper handling, lack of water, weather, guests, venue staff, other vendors, or relocation not performed by Jenalyn’s Floral.

Jenalyn’s Floral will work respectfully within the policies and requirements of the event venue.

The client is reponsible for communicating venue restrictions, access times, loading instructions, setup requirements, and other relevant information before the event.

Any venue fees, permits, parking charges, access fees, or similar expenses required to complete floral services may be added to the client’s final invoice when applicable.

Jenalyn’s Floral is not responsible for the actions of other vendors, venue staff, guests, or wedding-party members that alter, move, damage, or interfere with completed floral designs.

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, the client grants Jenalyn’s Floral permission to photograph completed floral designs and use umages of its floral work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.

Jenalyn’s Floral will make resonable efforts to appropriately credit professional photographers when photographer information is available.

Jenalyn’s Floral accepts approved forms of payment including cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment when available.

Businesses may be charded processing fees by payment providers. Appllicable card or electronic-payment processing fees may be added separately from floral pricing when permitted.

By signing below, the client confirms that they have reviewed and understand this Floral Service Agreement and agree to the floral plan, payment requrements, policies, and terms outlined above.

The client understands that:

• The $100 Design Deposit begins custom floral design and does not reserve the event date.

• The $200 Booking Deposit + signed Floral Service Agreement officially reserve the event date.

• Both deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final floral balance.

• Flowers are natural products and resonable substitutions may sometimes be necessary.

• Final pricing may change if quantities, designs, services, installations, rentals, or event logistics change.
