TELL ME ABOUT YOUR WEDDING
Start by completing the wedding floral inquiry form. Share the basics of your event, including your date, venue, wedding party, floral pieces needed, and approximate floral budget.

CONSULTATION
Jenalyn’s Floral will be in contact for a free consultation.
Bring inspiration photos that reflect your vision, style, and color palette. This is where you can share your floral vision in full detail and we can discuss what will work beautifully for your event.

CUSTOM FLORAL VISION
If you choose to continue with Jenalyn’s Floral, a $100 non-refundable design deposit is due.
Jenalyn’s Floral will then create your custom color palette and floral vision board along with a detailed floral invoice/proposal designed specifically for your event.
The $100 design deposit is applied toward your final floral total.

BOOK YOUR EVENT
Once you are happy with your floral plan, you will receive your detailed invoice/proposal and floral agreement.
To officially secure and reserve your wedding date, a signed floral agreement and an additional $200 non-refundable booking deposit are required.
The $200 booking deposit is also applied toward your final floral total.
Once your signed agreement and booking deposit are received, your event is officially booked and your floral order can be placed.
One month before your event: 50% of the floral estimate, less deposits already paid, is due.
Two weeks before your event: The remaining balance is due.
FLORAL PRICING
Every wedding and floral vision is different.
Wedding florals can range from approximately $500 for a few personal pieces to $5,000+ for larger weddings with ceremony and reception florals.
Your total will depend on flower selection, the number and size of floral pieces, installations, venue requirements, delivery, set-up, and other event needs.
My job as your floral designer is to share my knowledge and experitse with you. Your job is to know how much you feel comfortable spending on florals. Together, we can create a floral plan that works with your vision and budget.
